Sina began oil painting around 20 years ago. Thematically, he ranges from pure aesthetics to the painterly exploration of social and political themes, typically inspired by small black and white photographs. The pair of pictures “Boatpeople” on the theme of refugees vs. cruise ships was sold at an auction conducted by Gérard Goodrow.

The image series “The Real Influencers” shows three people who have played a special role in the lives of many people. Pablo, Mahatma and Ali, personalities who were “influencers” before the digital age - and not just of one generation.

The paintings have been painted and interpreted on the basis of real photographs, with the main figure always in the middle of a crowd, so that the energy can be felt in the moment.
